Philosophy

It is my experience and belief that positive change begins with the capacity to embrace what is already here with compassion and acceptance. My skill-set supports growing this awareness and capacity in combination with ideas that invite new ways to inhabit oneself.

Offerings

My teaching is collaborative, exploratory, and playful. If you bring your curiosity and experience of living your body, and I bring my toolbox of possibilities to try on, explore and play with, together we can figure out what’s ready to shift.

About Me

I’ve been fascinated by movement – physically, psychoemotionally, spiritually, literally, figuratively, and philosophically – for as long as I can remember. What emerges for me over and over and over again is this one very simple truth: There is no right or wrong way to move; there are endless possibilities.
